Rhea Saxena is a first-time board member and currently serves as the Vice Chair General Events Program Manager for the Energy Coalition. Rhea is a Management Information Systems major at the C.T. Bauer College of Business and anticipates on graduating in the Spring of 2021. Rhea interned at Phillips 66 as an IT intern during the Summer of 2020 and was previously an officer for the MIS Student Organization, MISSO, as the Marketing officer and Public Relations officer. She also completed the Ted Bauer Leadership Certificate Program where she learned how to apply her leadership skills effectively.

In her free time Rhea enjoys being involved with visual arts and is passionate about promoting creativity and individuality within everyday life and served as an officer for the Blaffer Art Museum Student Organization at The University of Houston. Within EC, Rhea hopes to promote the importance of the energy sector and bring awareness to potential opportunities within the industry. Rhea is looking forward to promoting the values and success of the Energy Coalition at the University of Houston!
