Tripi Shrivastava

Tripi Shrivastava is a senior at the University of Houston majoring in Electrical Engineering with a concentration in Computers and Embedded Systems, expected to graduate in May of 2019. She has a diverse technical background with experience in the chemicals and semiconductor industries. She interned at Air Liquide in Houston, TX and Advanced Micro Devices (AMD) in Austin, TX in her past summers. She is also currently serving as the Professional Development Chair for Society of Women Engineers where she planned and executed the engineering career fair to provide job opportunities to over 5000 students. In the past, she served as a mentor with SWE to incoming engineering students and was on the Bollywood fusion dance team on campus.​​

Tripi plans on joining the energy industry after graduation. She is a firm believer in sustainability and hopes to influence the progress and awareness through her work in the years to come. She is excited to serve on the board for Energy Coalition and hopes to graciously continue its legacy at the University of Houston.
